These agricultural films are manufactured using high-density materials and advanced technology. These films are thick, strong and resilient to severe environmental conditions, but also very soft and flexible to fit the silo perfectly and reduce air-pockets. It can effectively keep an anaerobic
Our film is manufactured using a layered production process, where each layer is engineered to fulfill distinct functional requirements. This design maximizes overall performance while ensuring exceptional service life and high mechanical strength.
The white outer layer reflects most sunlight, effectively reducing heat absorption and lowering greenhouse temperatures. In summer, this can help lower internal temperatures by approximately 5–10°C compared to the ambient outdoor temperature.
The multi-layer structure enhances the film’s puncture resistance and thermal insulation properties:
Summer: Install with the white side facing outward to block heat ingress and cool the greenhouse.
Winter: Install with the black side facing outward to absorb solar radiation and minimize internal heat loss, helping to raise greenhouse temperatures.
The black layer is formulated with imported anti-aging and anti-dust additives to extend service life and reduce dust accumulation. It also provides complete light blocking, creating a dark environment that further aids in temperature control.
The base resin is imported American metallocene resin, which significantly improves the film’s tensile strength and tear resistance.
The white side reflects sunlight and external heat to prevent stored feed from overheating, while the black side provides a high shading rate to ensure full fermentation of feed in a dark environment. Our three-layer co-extrusion structure delivers enhanced air-tightness, creating an ideal anaerobic environment for pasture silage. This supports thorough fermentation, improving animal feed quality and supporting stable milk production.
Edible fungi have strict requirements for temperature, humidity, light, and air circulation during cultivation. Our black-and-white film uses the white surface to reflect sunlight and heat, while the black side offers high light-blocking performance. This helps maintain a dark, cool, and humid environment, which is conducive to healthy mushroom growth and yield.
When installed with the white side facing outward, the film reflects sunlight and heat; the black side completely blocks light penetration, effectively reducing shed temperatures. This creates a comfortable living environment for poultry, supporting their healthy growth. The film’s long service life also helps lower user costs associated with frequent replacements.
In winter, the black side is oriented outward to absorb solar heat, which can help melt surface snow and transfer heat into the shed, providing heating and insulation. Compared with standard cover films, it can raise internal temperatures by approximately 2–4°C
